Story
A relentless instrument of war, Toktun is the Imperials' finest achievement. His greatest asset once lay in being controlled by Eusef, but that slowly started to change.
Stunning Blow

Every 8 seconds Toktun energizes his next Basic Attack causing it to Stun for 2 seconds.
Lv. 2: Cooldown reduced to 7 seconds.
Lv. 3: Cooldown reduced to 6 seconds.
Lv. 4: Cooldown reduced to 5 seconds.
Lv. 5: Cooldown reduced to 4 seconds.

Ultimate Defense

Passive: Magic Damage Resistance increased to 50%Active: For the next 4 seconds, reflect all Physical Damage recieved from the front back at the attacker as True Damage.
Lv. 2: Duration inreased to 5 seconds.
Lv. 3: Duration inreased to 6 seconds.
Lv. 4: Duration inreased to 7 seconds.
