Allies gain 20% increased Attack Speed for 6 seconds, and their next Basic Attack cannot miss.
Lv. 2: Increased Attack Speed buff to 30%.
Lv. 3: Increased Attack Speed buff to 40%.
Lv. 4: Increased Attack Speed buff to 50%.
Lv. 5: Increased Attack Speed buff to 60%.

Hydro Bolt

Target enemies in front of you and deal 300% of ATK as Physical Damage to the first enemy hit, and 30% less damage for each additional enemy hit.
Lv. 2: Increase damage to 320% of ATK.
Lv. 3: Increase damage to 340% of ATK.
Lv. 4: Increase damage to 360% of ATK.

Nimble Wings

Every 20 seconds gain the buff Nimble Wings, which allows Rufus to ignore a single instance of direct damage.
Lv. 2: Gain Nimble Wings every 17 seconds.
Lv. 3: Gain Nimble Wings every 14 seconds.
Lv. 4: Gain Nimble Wings every 11 seconds.
Lv. 5: Gain Nimble Wings every 8 seconds.

Swift Shots

First 3 quick shots at the further enemy. The first 2 shots deal 75% of ATK as Physical Damage, and the last shot deals 150% of ATK as Physical Damage and causes Knockback.
