Reborne strikes a target for 120% of ATK as Physical Damage. If the target's Current HP is below 40% the skill's damage is increased 5x. Autocast will only perform the Ultimate on target's with HP below 40%.
Lv. 2: Increase damage to 130% of ATK.
Lv. 3: Increase damage to 140% of ATK.
Lv. 4: Increase damage to 150% of ATK.

Attrition

Reborne's Basic Attacks have a 10% chance to knockback on hit, and reduce Healing on the target by 50% for 5 seconds.
Lv. 2: Increases chance to 15%.
Lv. 3: Increases chance to 20%.
Lv. 4: Increases chance to 25%.
Lv. 5: Increases chance to 30%.

Hemorrhage

Reborne performs a sweeping slash, dealing 110% of ATK as Physical Damage, and causing Bleed to all enemies hit. Bleed deals 100% of ATK as Physical Damage every second for 10 seconds.
Lv. 2: Increase damage to 130% of ATK.
Lv. 3: Increase damage to 150% of ATK.
Lv. 4: Increase damage to 170% of ATK.
Lv. 5: Increase damage to 190% of ATK.

Terrifying War Cry

Deal 150% of ATK as Physical Damage to nearby enemies and cause Fear for 2 seconds.
Lv. 2: Increase damage to 170% of ATK.
Lv. 3: Increase damage to 190% of ATK.
Lv. 4: Increase damage to 210% of ATK.
Lv. 5: Increase damage to 230% of ATK.
